The olive wood has a very characteristic and appreciated appearance. The irregularity of their veins and the complex drawings they form make each piece unique.

It is original of the Mediterranean area, that is, southern Europe and northern Africa. It is very abundant in this area, however, from the economic and industrial point of view its main use is not the obtaining of wood, but the harvesting of its fruit, the olive or olive, to obtain oil. In many cases the wood that is obtained comes from branches or trees that for some other reason were cut.
