Each item is handmade, so the items are customized and craftmade.

Your purchases

The utmost care has been taken in ensuring that the descriptions and dimensions of each item were correct at the moment of upgrading the online shop. As all of our products are handmade, dimensions, images and colors may vary depending on the piece.

Order information

To apply for shopping simply surf in the online shop and add items to your shopping cart. Once you have finished your selection, transportation area included, click on “Buy” and you will be asked for the information details needed to place your order.

If you are a new user/customer, make sure you fill out all the fields marked with a star (*) and that your password and username correspond to your e-mail. Next time you visit us, you will only need your e-mail address and password to complete the order, but you can also buy with no registration. During that process you won’t be asked to give any information about your credit card.

Once the order is placed in our webpage, the transaction will be transferred to a secured server in order to finish the order.

How can I pay in the online shop of Lafiore.com?

Once you have selected the items you wish to receive at home, select the payment more convenient to you (debit or credit card or bank transfer), and your address and the delivery address in the event it is different one.

For items in stock the shipping time depends on the place of destination and the transportation (by postal delivery or Express) chosen by the customer.

After the notification of shipment or Order Complet you will receive the items within 21 business days at your shipping address. This does not include the event of customs inspections.

The shipping term is estimated. However, we will try by all means to deliver the item in the minimum lapse of time and in the estimated date.

If we could not complete your order, we will notify you by e-mail before shipping it, in order for you to accept a possible delay or a partial shipping before the final shipping and charge for the items.

Cost of transportation

The cost of transportation is calculated according to the place or area of destination, the transportation means, and the weight and size of each one of the items selected. To consult any doubts or further information regarding this matter you can contact our commercial department.

Lafiore sells and distributes the items offered in this service. It is understood that the sales will figure as made at the address S’Esglaieta. Carretera de Valldemossa, Km. 11, S’Esglaieta (Mallorca -Spain).

Lafiore, through its online shop Lafiore.com, guarantees the safety and confidentiality of the information you give to us. The data you send us will be added to a file in order to make easier the delivery of the orders and send you offers in the future about products and services that may be of your interest.

According to that exposed by Organic Law Protection of Personal Data and Privacy, as customer of  Lafiore, you will be free at any time to execute your rights of access, modification, cancellation and claim by written notice to Lafiore, at S’Esglaieta Carretera de Valldemossa, Km. 11, S’Esglaieta (Mallorca -Spain) o through our website.

How do I know you have received my order correctly?

Besides of the confirmation window you will see in our web when you finish your purchase, you will receive an e-mail to inform you of the correct receipt of your order. In that e-mail you will find the order number, with which you will be able to track your purchase and to make any question about it.

How do I receive my purchases?

The online shop Lafiore.com will ship to the address specified by the Customer the items in the order sent. The estimated delivery time is 21 days approximately.

Which guarantees do I have when purchasing in the online shop Lafiore.com?

The items offered have the guarantee of Lafiore. Our commitment is to offer the utmost quality and warranty. If you are not satisfied when you receive your order, you have 7 days, upon the delivery date, to return it. Shipping and pick up expenses will be paid by the Customer. Once we receive the merchandise in its original box and in perfect condition, we will proceed to the reimbursement of the money according to the payment method chosen.

In any case, we will admit the return of any faulty items, and online shop Lafiore.com will pay for all the shipping expenses, as far as you warn us of this situation within 7 days from the date in which you received the order. To return any item, send us an e-mail, and Lafiore will contact you as soon as possible to tell you when the courier will go to pick up the merchandise. In case that the faulty item is not available Lafiore will do a reimburse of the price paid for it.

Lafiore does not consider faulty items when dimensions, images and colors vary on the piece from the website picture as all of our products are handmade. In case that the item is not faulty, Lafiore can do a partial reimburse of the price of the pieces.

Can I send my purchases to other persons as a gift?

The online shop Lafiore.com offers you the possibility of sending your purchase to different addresses than the one considered the customer’s. The only requirement is that these orders must be paid by the customer with a credit card.

Besides, you can ask us to send the items gift wrapped.

Can I purchase from abroad?

You can make your purchases from any country in the world.

Once you have selected the items you wish to receive at your home, choose your payment method, check your address and confirm your order.

BUYING AND SELLING CONDITIONS

1. Limits of application.

These conditions will be applying to all the orders placed through the webpage www.lafiore.com, being Mareas de Cristal, S.L. the proprietor of this webpage.

It is mandatory the register of the customer in the web, so you will have to register in the online shop. The safety of your personal information is a priority for Lafiore. Because of this, the process of your personal information is done through a secured server connection.

The placement of an order through our online shop implies that you accept the conditions of sales and the policy of privacy of our webpage. In the event that you disagree with any rule or contents exposed hereby, please prevent from making any purchase.

2. Parts of the contract of sale.

  • Seller:

Mareas de Cristal, S.L., located in S’Esglaieta (Mallorca – Spain) Carretera de Valldemossa, Km. 11, S’Esglaieta and NIF A-07124563.

  • Buyer:

Any user that registers rendering his or her personal information in the purchase application, which implies the acceptation of the general conditions of the sale.

3. Execution of the contract of sale.

The orders you place through our online shop are subject to the acceptation of the seller. The acceptation of the order will be done by e-mail.

4. Language

To execute the sale you can use any of the following languages: Spanish or English.

5. Price and delivery charges.

The price of our products and the shipping charges (*) when it corresponds, will appear during the placement of the order, before you have to confirm it and they will correspond to the country that you will have selected as destination of the merchandise. In the event that you modify the country of destination, prices may vary.

The marked prices include shipping and handling expenses, insurance and customs in origin / destination. Import taxes are not included, and should be paid by the receptor of the merchandise.

The price of products and shipping costs can be modified without prior notice. However, you will be billed according to the current price at the moment of placing your order.

(*) Shipping charges are estimated and may vary depending on the volume of the merchandise you purchase. If any change should occur in the charges, we will notify you by e-mail to your e-mail address in order to get your approval.

6. Payment method:

We accept the following methods of payment:

Credit card: Mastercard, Visa Debit, Maestro and Solo Cards. For your safety, any information of your card entered will be transmitted by secured server connection directly to the bank or Stripe, so the seller will not have access to your data.

Wire transfer or deposit in bank account Money transfer or deposit on the a bank account.

Beneficiary: Web + (*number of order)

*The number of order will appear at the end of the purchase process.
You have 10 days to make the money transfer.

Orders will be paid in Euros.

The amount of the purchase plus the shipping charges will be charged in your account as soon as the items are ready to be shipped.

7. Unavailable item.

It could happen that the selected item was not available. In that case, we will reimburse your payment by deposit on to your credit card or your bank account.

8. Notification of shipping, term and place of delivery.

The shipping of the orders will be notified to the buyer by e-mail. The items will be sent to the address you specify when placing your order. Due to the use of courier companies for our deliveries, we cannot accept delivery addresses to P.O. boxes.

After the notification of shipment you will receive the items within 21 business days at your shipping address. This does not include the event of customs inspections.

For customers in non-European countries: In order to protect your purchase, our courier needs the signature of an adult person (+21 y.o.) to deliver the order.

9. Warranty

Quality is a priority for Lafiore. For this reason, Lafiore will accept the return of any item damaged by transportation or any faulty item. The buyer will have 10 working days to contact our Customer Service, where we will inform him/her about the procedure to follow for the return of the merchandise

10. Returns and waiver policy

As a costumer, you have 30 working days upon receipt of the item to waive your purchase. The execution of this right will not be subject to explaining the reasons that caused the decision.

For waivers, you only need to send, within the said term, a written notice to us, and our Customer Service will contact you to inform you about how to proceed to return the product. The return costs will be paid by the buyer. The product will have to be in perfect condition and in its original wrapping. Once the seller has received the product, the reimbursement will be done to your credit card for the quantity paid in a maximum period of 30 days.

11. Taxes

The legislation applicable to the destination of the merchandise will be applied regarding to taxes.

Taxes and customs rights for the Canary Islands

The orders delivered to Canary Islands will be billed without IVA. According to the current legal dispositions, the rights, taxes and any charge associated to the dispatch of the merchandise in customs shall be paid by the receptor of the product. It should be paid in cash at the receipt of the delivery.

We don’t have any control over those charges and cannot foresee their total. For this reason, we suggest you to contact the customs office for further information on this matter.

The contract of sale will be ruled under the Spanish Law.
