Today we serve it to you along with this cake for which we also bring you the Bon Viveur recipe.<\/p>\n\n<p>CHEESE CAKE WITH BLUEBERRIES<\/p>\n\n<p>Cheesecake on a glass dish Preparation time: 20 minutes + 4 hours of refrigeration<\/p>\n\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8211; For the base:<\/p>\n\n<p>300g of biscuits<\/p>\n\n<p>120g unsalted butter<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2013 For the cream cheese:<\/p>\n\n<p>10 g unflavored gelatin powder<\/p>\n\n<p>50 ml of cold water<\/p>\n\n<p>500g cream cheese<\/p>\n\n<p>500 ml of whipping cream (minimum 35% fat)<\/p>\n\n<p>100g white sugar<\/p>\n\n<p>100 g blueberry jam<\/p>\n\n<p>fresh blueberries (optional)<\/p>\n\n<p>Preparation:<\/p>\n\n<p>1. We chop the cookies<\/p>\n\n<p>2. Melt the butter and mix with the chopped cookies  <\/p>\n\n<p>3. We line and grease the mold<\/p>\n\n<p>4. We cover the walls and base of the mold with the cookies <\/p>\n\n<p>5. We hydrate the gelatin  <\/p>\n\n<p>6. We beat the cream cheese, the cream and the sugar until we have a creamy mixture  <\/p>\n\n<p>7. Heat the gelatin and pour it into the cheese mixture  <\/p>\n\n<p>8. Place the cheese mixture in the mold <\/p>\n\n<p> 9.
