The cost of transport is calculated based on the place or area of ​​destination and is a flat rate:

SPAIN: 10 euros (free on orders over 20 euros). EUROPE: 25 euros (free on orders over 100 euros) USA & CANADA: 65 euros JAPAN & AUSTRALIA: 65 euros MÉXICO Y SUDAMERICA 70 euros

Shipping and Delivery

For products in stock, the shipping time varies depending on the place or area of ​​destination. It is important to indicate that the products you purchase, unless we have it in stock, require a process of preparation and preparation prior to shipment of a minimum of 5 days.

Once they have been prepared and verified that they meet the quality that we offer our clients, we send them by Post, which in Spain takes between 2-7 days to reach their destination (in some towns a little longer). On Saturdays and Sundays we do not prepare orders. The maximum period for anywhere in the world is 21 days (except situations in customs that do not depend on Lafiore).

When we have prepared your order and deliver it to the post office, we will send you an email to inform you that it is on its way to its destination with the tracking number so that you can know where your unique Lafiore pieces are (if you see that you do not receive the email, take a look in the spam or notification tray).

If for any reason we could not fulfill the order placed, we will inform you of this circumstance and we will give you the option to continue with the purchase regularizing it or cancel the order with the full refund of the price paid.


We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. We offer a simple service to return an order. There are two possible cases of return or withdrawal.


If the product has a defect or has been damaged during transportation.

  1. Write down the incident on the carrier’s delivery note when you receive it.
  2. Tell us by email the same day you receive the merchandise. It is essential that you notify us within 24 hours of delivery by email.
  3. Send us a photo by email as soon as possible where you can see the damage to the product.
  4. We will send you the product again at no cost to you (don’t forget to inform us on the same day of delivery or we will not be able to take care of it).


The customer has the Right of Withdrawal by virtue of which you can return the product received if it does not meet his expectations. The exercise of this right must be carried out within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from receipt and the product must be in perfect condition.

In the event that the products are not returned in perfect condition our used, we reserve the right not to pay the amount of your order.

The return costs derived from the exercise of the right of withdrawal will be borne by the buyer. If you want to request another product, you must make the purchase again, through the online store.
